Ministry of Employment and Social Security (Spain)
The Ministry of Labor and Immigration is the ministerial department of the Government of Spain created by the Royal Decree of 8 May 1920 which manages the policies of the Government related to Labor relations, employment immigration and emigration, as well as the organization of the Social Security in Spain.
==Organization==
Depending from the Minister there exists the following units:
* The Undersecretariat (The unit in charge of coordinating the entire department, as well as preparing documentation for Cabinet debates.)
* The Secretariat of State of Social Security in Spain.
* The Secretariat of State of Emigration and Immigration.
